The Giles County Commission Finance & Administration Meeting(s) will be held
in the Annex Basement Boardroom, Friday, May 8th, 2026 @ 9am.
On the Agenda...Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, and Announcements.
The School Committee will address Budget Amendments including a Contract
with Edupoint, and a Contract with R J Young.
The Budget committee will entertain Budget Amendments, Contracts and Grants,
and a Report to incorporate public comment law into Rules of Order
The Building and Property committee will address theCourthouse update and
potential open items.
The Chair will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members
of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
Finally, any Unfinished Business or New Business will be addressed.
