PRESS RELEASE:
GILES COUNTY, Tenn. - Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski (STRHS Pulaski) is proud to announce Holly Clem, NP, as the 2025 Provider of the Year, recognizing her exceptional compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Clem, who serves patients at Southern Tennessee Primary Care Ardmore, has earned deep admiration from both patients and colleagues. Known for going above and beyond the call of duty, she has built a reputation for providing care that is not only clinically exceptional but deeply personal.
“Holly is someone who shows up simply because someone needs her,” said Amber Evans, Market Director of Medical Group Services. “Patient after patient describes her the same way: She sits down and truly listens. She doesn’t rush you. She cares. Holly embodies what healthcare should be — compassionate, committed, and driven by genuine love for her patients.”
Her patients frequently share stories of her kindness and skill, including times she has come into the clinic on days she wasn’t scheduled, remained by patients’ sides during emergencies, and taken the extra time to search for answers when something didn’t seem right. Her diligence has led to the detection of critical diagnoses and life-saving interventions.
Clem’s colleagues echo these sentiments, noting her professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to ensuring every patient receives thorough, timely, and heartfelt care.
Jason Fugleberg, CEO of STRHS Pulaski, praised Clem’s example of excellence. “Holly represents the very best of who we are as a healthcare organization. Her compassion, clinical expertise, and dependability make a profound difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve. We are incredibly proud to honor her as our Provider of the Year.”
Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski congratulates Holly Clem on this well-deserved recognition and thanks her for her remarkable service to the community.
