Agnes Irene Gilbert Phillips

Mrs. Agnes Irene Gilbert Phillips of Pulaski, age 82 was born on December
12, 1942, to the late Mr. Ozell and Mrs. Katherline Gilbert. She departed this
life on September 1, 2025.
Agnes accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of Chestnut Grove
Community Church for years where she served as mother, secretary, choir
member and a part of a mission group.
She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Will Phillips Jr. in 1978.
Agnes loved her family dearly and her church family. She enjoyed working in
her flower bed and watching her soaps on tv.
She is survived by her son Timothy (Larissa) Phillips of Pulaski, TN; also, her
sisters, Barbara Sue (Fred) Gilbert and Shirley Gipson; stepdaughter, Libby
Phillips; stepson, Henry Phillips; grandchildren, Shuncie Phillips, Alfreda
Phillips, Amaya Phillips, Mariah Phillips, Jakycius Reynolds, Shamika
Phillips, Tanika (Greg) Miller, and Tenisha Reynolds; 8 great grandchildren
and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Agnes Irene Gilbert Phillips will be held on Monday,
September 8, 2025 beginning with visitation at 11am and 12noon funeral
service immediately following at Temple of Praise Church, 1030 Ragsdale
Lane, Pulaski, Tennessee.
Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Gilbert Phillips.
