Carolyn Sue Davis, age 79, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026. She was a christian
and a devoted registered nurse who dedicated many years of her life to caring for others.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lee Davis, Jr., and her parents Lee Davis, Sr.,
and Elizabeth Tidwell Davis.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Alverson (Frank); her son, Louis Hathcoat; her
sister, Linda Johnson (Lawrence); seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and
several nieces and nephews.
Her family will celebrate her life through private remembrance. No services will be
held. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
