Charles E. Phillips, 80, of Decaturville died Tuesday, June 9th, at his daughters home in Pulaski. He
was a retired engineer for Western Kentucky Navigation and had worked in maintenance for Tennessee Health Management.
Survivors include daughters, Michelle (Bobby) Pigg, of Pulaski; Dana (Mark) Bailey, of Decaturville; sons, John (Gayla) Phillips, of Pulaski; Stevie (Amy) Phillps, of Pulaski; a brother, Jim (Tamara) Phillips, of Decaturville, and 5 Grandchildren.
Services will be at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, at 2 PM Saturday, June 13th, with Ronnie Parrish officiating.
Visitation is Saturday 11 AM until service.
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
