Deborah Kay Bills Taylor of Pulaski, TN passed away on Monday, September 29th, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Lewisburg, TN on January 9, 1956, and was 69 years old. Deborah was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She was a devoted Christian. Deborah enjoyed reading the bible and watching gospel movies in her free time. She also enjoyed traveling.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 1:00pm at New Providence Church of Christ.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, George William and Katie Mae Campbell, and mother-in-law, Odell Taylor.
She is survived by, Her husband of 25 years, Obra Danny Taylor of Pulaski, TN. Sons, Jeff Bills, Clifford Bills, Dewayne Thurman Taylor,
William Matthew Taylor, Daughter, Kayla Nicole Rodriguez, Granddaughter, Katlyn Taylor, Uncle, Doug Campbell, Aunt, Judy Campbell
