Donald Gene Crane

Donald Gene Crane of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Elk River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Pulaski, TN on April 8, 1947, and was 78 years old. 
Don was a loving husband and proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a 1965 graduate of Giles County High School and graduate of Tennessee Technology University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in business. Don was a US Airforce veteran serving during Vietnam. He worked in the apparel industry where he retired as a plant manager. He was a dedicated member of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club for forty plus years and a member of Mt Pisgah United Methodist Church in Pulaski. 

Don was proceeded in death by his wife of 51 years, Charlotte Ethredge Crane, parents, Grady and Christine Cathy Crane, and brother, Charles Crane. 

He is survived by,

Son, Michael (Paisley) Crane of Lawrenceburg, TN 
Son, John (Nathalie) Crane of Tupelo, MS
Grandchildren, Candice (Jacob) Brown, Tori Chapman, Will Crane, Sam Crane, Clay Crane, and Amelia Crane
Great Grandchildren, Julia and Sophia Brown

Visitation will be held at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church, 1500 Pisgah Ridge Road in Pulaski on March 21, 2026, from 1-2 PM with a Celebration of Life immediately following.
