Jacqueline Jean Stover

Jacqueline Jean Stover, age 86, of Ethridge, TN, formerly
of Florence, AL, passed away on Thursday, July 23 rd , 2026
at her home in Ethridge. Jacqueline was born on October
18 th , 1939. Jacqueline worked for many years as a nurse
before becoming a full time mother and homemaker. She
was a devoted member of Ethridge First Baptist Church. In
her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and
spending time with her loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald
Stover; sisters, Sharon Barnett, Brenda Early, and Teresa
Early; brother, Joey Early; father, Ralph Early (Frankie),
step father, Woodrow Sherfy, and her mother, Libbie
Lazansky Sherfy.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Brown (Robin),
Steven Brown, and Joe Stover; daughters, Jennifer
Stover, Karyn Stover, and Sharyn Stover; brothers, Joseph
Sherfy, John Early, and David Sherfy (Kathy); sisters,
Libbie McLaughlin (Steve), Linda Balentine (Bobby),
JoAnn Early, and Sandy Flippo; several grandchildren,
great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later
time.
