Jason Vincent Roden of Priceville, Alabama, passed away Saturday morning, December 13, 2025, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on April 18, 1968, and was 57 years old. Jason was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was very dedicated to his family and his job. Jason was always one who put everyone first and never met a stranger. He loved going jeep riding, collecting guns, and was an avid Alabama fan. Jason was one who always had a soft spot for kids and loved his dog, Cooper. He also enjoyed participating in community activities and community support activities. He was best known for his warm heart and gentle spirit. Jason left an imprint on everyone he encountered. His kindness was felt in small moments and lasting ways.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Jason was preceded in death by, his father Doyle Ray Roden, grandparents, Oscar Leldon Roden, Lizzie May Case, James Edward Forsyth, and Lorell Pauline Townsend, mother-in-law, Diana Faye David, and brother-in-law, James Randall Williams and Ronald Jeffrey Williams.
