Joshua Wade Comer, of Goodspring, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2026, in Giles County. He was born on November 30, 1983 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and was 42 years old.
Josh was a loving father who enjoyed eating all his children’s candy. He loved to fish and play horseshoes and loved to tell stories about skipping school back in the day.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Augusta and Gene Comer and Charles Ed and Fannie Lorene Mosley.
He is survived by
Daughter, Kylee Ann Comer of Goodspring, Tennessee.
Son, Lucas Lynn Comer of Athens, Alabama.
Son, Kaiden Allen Ish of Athens, Alabama.
Parents, Billy Wayne and Patricia Comer of Goodspring, Tennessee.
Brother, Jonathan Comer of Goodspring, Tennessee.
Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
