Keith Lee Shoup

Keith Lee Shoup of Prospect, TN, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on December 13, 1955 and was 70 years old. Keith was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He was the former owner of Shoup’s Auto Repair in Elkton, TN where he found joy in helping others. Keith had a passion for music and found happiness in simple moments, especially when playing his guitar or banjo. Above all, he loved to spend time with his family. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

The funeral service will take place on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

The burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents Edward Lee Shoup and Geneva Schlesener Wallace.

He is survived by, 
His wife, Leesa Beadle Shoup of Pulaski, TN.
Daughters, Kelli Bassham (Robby) of Goodspring, TN                                                                                                                                                Kami Hollandsworth (Jared) of Prospect, TN
Five Grandchildren
Brother, Jack Shoup (Patty) of Frankfort, KY.
Sister, Kimberly Schenk (Jeffrey) of Elkton, TN
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
