Lucy Jane Holder Jett

Lucy Jane Holder Jett, age 77 of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday July
15, 2026 at NHC Pulaski.
Lucy was born September 6, 1948 in Pulaski, TN to Roy Buchanan and
Lillian Pearl Clifton Holder. She loved her family, especially her
grandchildren, spending time with them and watching Steve play ball was
her greatest joy. Lucy was a member of was a member of the Episcopal
Church, The Red Hat Ladies, watching westerns for hours gave her great
pleasure, with Gunsmoke being her favorite, and loved all animals whether
they were hers or not. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and
Lillian Holder, and her stepmother Mary Murphy Holder.
Visitation will be 10am to 12pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home on Saturday
July 18, 2026 with Funeral to follow at 12pm. Interment will be in Lynnwood
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family request memorial contributions be made to help
with funeral expenses.
A special thanks to the nurses and CNA’s at Pulaski NHC and to
Compassus Hospice.
Survivors include her son Steve Jett and wife Regan; daughter Michelle
Jett Holley; grandchildren Jordan Creecy and husband Shane, Max Jett,
Addison Jett, Jesse Jennings and husband Cole; great grandchild Elli
Creecy; sisters Clyda Medley, Patricia Solomon and husband Marvin all of
Pulaski; special friend Sue Brown; numerous other relatives and friends.
