Marlon Cooper

Marlon Cooper of Pulaski, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026. He was born in Guntersville, AL on May 9, 1959 and was 66 years old.
Marlon was a very passionate and dedicated man that loved his family and had a huge heart and always wanted to help others. He loved to travel and make memories and his favorite was for him and his wife to load up and take off with no destination planned. Marlon’s greatest joy was his grandchildren and getting to spoil them and also pamper his two little buddies Boo and Bandit. He was an electrical engineer who always loved his job but was better known as a jack of all trades and could always fix things and made it known to anyone that they could call for his help. Marlon was also an avid fisherman who loved getting to go out on fishing trips with his friends making memories to last a lifetime.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th, 2026 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will follow on Friday, March 20th, 2026 at 4:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
Marlon was preceded in death by his father, James W. Cooper and mother, Georgie Mae Childress Cooper.

He is survived by, 
Wife of 50 years, Glenda Martin Cooper of Pulaski, TN 
Daughter, Kenzie (Brandon) Fralix of Pulaski, TN 
Daughter, Nicki (Ronnie) McWilliams of Pulaski, TN 
Daughter, Tonya Guthrie of Pulaski, TN 
Grandchildren, Robbi, Wesley, Jay, Joseph, Reanna, Emery, and Camden.
Brother, Murrlon (Janet) Cooper of New Hope, AL
Sister, Ola (Daryl) Bearden of Grant, AL
A host of extended family, friends, and special fishing buddies also survive.
