Minister Juanita Brown of Pulaski, age 75 was born on May 26th, 1950 in Prospect, TN. to the late Clifford and Drucilla Johnson Brown Sr. Juanita accepted Christ at an early age. She accepted her calling to the ministry in 2000 and she was faithful on her Christian journey until her health declined. She carried that love for God until he called her home on October 17, 2025. She was retired from Hardee’s as one of the best biscuit makers ever. Juanita loved God, gospel music, children and babies. She was a warm, loving, and kind woman that would do anything to help anyone. Juanita met and married the late John W. Brown Sr. and to this union three children were born.
She is preceded in death by one brother, Clifford Brown Jr.; three sisters, Ida Lou Brown, Etta Faye Brown Cosby, and Carolyn Horton.
Juanita leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Cedric Terrence Brown, and John W. (Tracy) Brown Jr., one devoted daughter, Romona Michelle Brown; eleven grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren; one brother, Jerome (Avis) Hambric; brother-in-law, James Cosby and a host of additional relatives and friends.
Visitation for Minister Juanita Brown will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Jordan Funeral Home, 327 Mill Street, Pulaski, TN.
Memorial service will be on Saturday, October 25, 2025 beginning 10:00am at The Greater Richland Creek Missionary Baptist Association-Central Building, 1095 Bledsoe Road, Pulaski, TN.
Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Minister Juanita Brown.
