Shirley Joann “Anne” Thompson, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 at her home in Lawrenceburg. Anne was born on August 18th, 1952, in Nashville, TN, to the late Frank and Frances Bradley. Anne proudly served her country in the United States Army, serving as a nurse during the Vietnam Era and The Gulf War Era. In her spare time, she enjoyed being a mother and a dog mother, watching TV, shopping, and spending time with her loving family and friends.
She is survived by her loving children, Greg Shedd (Alicia) and Christa Shedd Downes; grandchild, Bradley Randall; siblings, Kenneth Bradley, Fred Bradley, Ricky Bradley, Sarita Greer, and Sue Fisher; beloved canine companions, Lana, Scruffy, Annie, Bella, and Duke.
The memorial service will be announced at a later date.
